38-year-old man charged after boy's bike stolen outside Irby shop

A man has been charged following the reported theft of a teenage boy's bike outside a shop in Irby. As reported by the Wirral Globe, Kyle Murphy, 38, who has no fixed address, was charged with theft of a pedal cycle, theft from a shop and three breaches of court bail conditions.
