Dispersal zone put in place in Liscard following anti-social behaviour reports

A dispersal zone has been placed in Liscard, following reports of anti-social behaviour increasing in the area. The order is in place until 7 pm on 19 September. This gives officers powers to direct people to leave the area if they engage in anti-social behaviour, or are likely to become involved in those incidents.
